Switzerland is known for it’s high-quality and precise work, but not for the consequences of it. According to the Swiss Federal Statistical Office, 39.4% of Swiss workers are living in the critical stress zone for their mental health. Neuropsychologist M.D. Romane Savatte emphasizes that the workplace environment plays a pivotal role in this pressing social issue.

Swiss Prime Site, a leading real-estate construction company in Europe, decided to take proactive measures to start a conversation about mental health, by doing what they do best: building. In collaboration with data scientists and 3D artists, SPS created Shot of Happiness, a digital structure created to generate the hormones responsible of a better mental health. By simply looking at the 70m2 screen, workers can take regular mental breaks, reduce stress, and immerse themselves in 46 captivating 3D scenes. Meticulous consideration was given to movements, shapes, colors, and rhythms stimulate happiness-inducing hormones.
